We’d love to know how we can improve!
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it if it’s unused — or simply send us a photo showing that the product is defective. We will verify the photo, and in most cases, we can resolve your issue without requiring a return. We ensure that your money will be refunded to your account within five business days after receiving your return, or once we confirm the issue through photo verification via our customer service.


Returns by Mail

You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to exchange the product for another size/color or request a refund, as long as it is returned to a local parcel center near you.

Please contact us by email first to receive the return address. As we have different distribution centers, we need to determine where your package originated from based on the reason for return.


INCLUDE THE PACKING SLIP

Securely pack the product in its original packaging and include a note with your order number. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment. Always request a tracking number from PostNord when returning a package. Once shipped, contact us via [email protected] if you want a refund or an exchange in size/color.


SHIPPING

Go to your nearest post office or parcel shop and send the package back.
Once the product arrives at our warehouse, the size/color will be adjusted as quickly as possible or a refund will be processed.


Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us immediately at [email protected].
If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we can unconditionally refund your payment. Otherwise, the item must be returned to us once it arrives at your address.


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

The delivery time for your exchanged product depends greatly on your location.
We always recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance!
