Order Process
The order process consists of two parts:
Processing Time:
The order is accepted, checked for quality, and packed. The order is fully handled by a supplier in a third country. Our webshop acts as an intermediary and does not handle the importation of goods into Denmark or other countries. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt.
Delivery Time:
Delivery time refers to the time it takes for goods to be transported from us to the destination. It typically takes 5–9 business days.

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products come with FREE delivery.
Responsibility for Import and VAT
The customer is fully responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, and VAT upon receipt of the goods. Our webshop facilitates the purchase but does not bear responsibility for these costs. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of any import regulations and additional taxes that may apply in the destination country.
Shipping and Delivery
Our products are shipped directly from a third country, such as China, to the customer. Our webshop acts as a facilitator and does not handle the importation of goods into Denmark or other countries. Shipping is handled by the supplier and is their responsibility. As a result, delivery times may vary, and the customer may need to deal with customs inspections.
Risk of Delays or Additional Charges
The customer acknowledges and accepts that delays or additional charges (e.g., customs duties) may arise during the import of goods. These costs and risks are the sole responsibility of the customer. Our webshop cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by customs procedures or other external factors.
Taxes and Duties
You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees imposed by the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped, including but not limited to sales or use taxes, VAT, or customs duties.
